Attending college can be quite expensive for students and their families. Luckily, there are many college scholarships and contests available to help pay for a college education. High School Seniors are over-whelmed with the college application process and thus are wiped-out to do the extra work in applying for scholarships, this list includes scholarships that students in 10-11th grade can apply for as well. I encourage you students to make the time to apply, $500 can help with books or the cost of furnishing your dorm room. Don’t be that student who refused to do the extra and apply for scholarships, I am sure
she /he now regrets not taking the time to do the extra.

Students should seek out and apply for scholarships in which they meet the eligibility requirements. Below are 55 college scholarships and contests with November 2015 deadlines. Please visit the scholarship websites to get further details about eligibility and requirements.
