Sharing my experience with all of you has been so therapeutic for me. Feeling responsible to all of you to complete my journey motivates me right now. This work-out was all about Mental Strength band it was challenging, but I worked my way through it. I am so grateful for the support I am getting. It is my hope that I will reach one person and inspire them to take their own Journey to Fitness. Seeing myself on video is hard to watch but choosing to share all of my imperfections with the world to see has helped me to realize that I am stronger than I ever thought I was.
